We welcome all feedback - good or bad. Whether you have a compliment or a complaint we’ll listen, pass it on to the relevant person, and respond accordingly.

How do I get in touch with someone in your team?
All of our email addresses are available on our staff page, so if you know the department or person you want to get in touch with, head on over and drop them a message.

Can I speak to someone in Welsh?
Yes, we’d love to hear from you in Welsh. We’re a team of both Welsh and non-Welsh speakers, so we’ll always aim to reply to you in your chosen language.
If you're coming to a meeting and you'd like to chat with us in Welsh, just say the word.
I’m a writer, can I send you my script?
We kindly ask that you don’t send us unsolicited scripts. We do have opportunities such as Play On, when we have open calls for scripts. Keep an eye on our website, social media or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about these.
I’m looking to gain experience working in theatre, do you offer work placements?
We do not currently offer a running programme of placements. We want to change that. Our team is busy working on the new placements, internships and volunteering programmes set to support those with barriers into volunteering. Watch this space.
