I am the founding Executive Producer for NTW, setting up the company alongside John in 2009. I came to Wales from the Donmar Warehouse where I have had two stints, most recently as Executive Producer and back in the 90s as Literary Manager and Producer of an annual new writing season.

From 2004-7 I was Head of Studio at the National Theatre, London under Nick Hytner where I worked with an incredible mix of emerging and leading theatre-makers on projects tiny and vast. I have also had a 5 year detour in the film industry, commissioning, developing, and working on feature films.

A long time ago I got a first class degree in Drama from Exeter, and 10 years later an MA in Philosophy from UCL.
