We want to encourage more people to get involved with National Theatre Wales and with the arts in Wales. Our TEAM members are key to this. With our support TEAM members will form creative groups, take friends to see shows, perform in all kinds of places, and start festivals.
It doesn't have to be theatre related. As long as it gets people involved, we want to hear your ideas.

In return for helping us, here's some of the things we can do for you:
- The opportunity to see our shows for free (often before anyone else)
- Work placements and work shadowing
- Training and skills development
- Support to develop your own ideas
- Access to rehearsals
- Free workshops

National Theatre Wales TEAM members are at the centre of everything we do. Working together with our staff and creative partners TEAM members help us to achieve our goals, but they add much more.

As our ambassadors throughout Wales you will help us spread the word about our work and keep in touch with our audience.
