Founder of Be Extra - Wellbeing for the Arts, Kat creates mental health resources through creative expression. Supported by the University of Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation, she's making waves in both music and wellness.

Currently rocking the stage with her band and collaborating with the talented Siglo Section, Kat is also an ambassador for the F-List, championing equal representation in music. Pursuing a Masters in Jazz at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Kat is a force to be reckoned with!
