My background is in operations, business support, and community building. At NTW, I support the business side of our theatre company. I ensure our policies and procedures align with our values and mission, handle HR and recruitment fairly, support the finance team, manage governance admin, and keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

By providing a strong foundation and seamless operations for the charity, NTW can focus on what we do best: making incredible theatre for Wales. Personally, I believe in theatre as a powerful force for good. I cherish the impact a production can have on its audience. Stories are a profound way to learn, communicate, and celebrate. Outside of NTW, I'm also a poet and pursue voiceover and acting projects.
