As Collaboration Producer I work across the Production, Producing and Collaboration departments (TEAM) to ensure community participation and co-creation are embedded throughout National Theatre Wales’ projects and productions. I work across a number of events, activities and shows, and lead on a range of initiatives aimed at strengthening NTWs’ relationship with communities across Cardiff, including finding pathways to the Company through TEAM.

I am lucky to be able to meet, work with and connect with so many incredible individuals, whether they be artists, theatre makers, community members, children and young people, each and every one of them teaches me to think differently, and see the world from a range of different perspectives.
