I have 14 years experience of working in the third sector, currently, as Head of Network (Wales) at Mind Cymru, and prior to this, held the role of Programmes Director at Cardiff City FC Community Foundation, the official Charity of Cardiff City Football Club.

I’m passionate about the third sector and the difference it can make to the lives of those it engages, believing it has a unique ability to reach groups and individuals that other services simply cannot.

I have an interest in good governance, having many years experience working towards and achieving organisation quality standards, with a particular interest in safeguarding and data collection and reporting.

I’m a graduate of University South Wales, where I completed a degree in Sports Studies along with an ILM Level 5, whilst also holding a PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education & Training achieved whilst at Coleg y Cymoedd.
